Sales Terms and Conditions

First of all... Thank you for purchasing from Thesbos! Your positive theatre-going experience is of paramount importance to us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your ticket purchase, please phone our ticket agent, and we will do what we can to help you out. Our aim is to provide you with a premium dinner theatre experience.

Please note the following conditions of sale. By purchasing tickets at, you agree to the following conditions.

  1. Patrons purchasing tickets are required to create a membership account on All information obtained is kept private and confidential. Please read our privacy policy for details.
  2. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
  3. A service fee of $3.00 per ticket will apply to online ticket sales. All prices are listed in Canadian (CDN) Funds.
  4. CURRENTLY there is NO GST charged on ticket sales, however, that is subject to change without notice.
  5. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON TICKETS, SERVICE FEES OR TAXES. All sales are final. Please review your purchase details thoroughly prior to paying. If there is a problem with your purchase, please email our technical support staff, or phone our ticket agent, and we'll try to help you as best we can.
  6. After your purchase has been confirmed, a link to your e-ticket will be emailed to you within a very short amount of time. This e-ticket serves as your official box office ticket, and can be printed out by you to use to check-in on Performance Night. If you do not receive an e-ticket within this time-frame, please contact our technical support staff by email  or by phone at 403-487-5004 (dcDigital Productions). *PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SPAM FILTERS are set to whitelist ""
  7. Tickets may be:
    • purchased by phone through our ticket agent (with a credit card).
    • Purchased online with a credit card (via Paypal - no Paypal account required)
    • Purchased online with bank debit or your Paypal account (Paypal account required)
    • Note: We do not "snail-mail" physical tickets. If you do not receive your ticket notification within moments of purchasing your ticket, please contact technical support by email or by phone at 403-487-5004 (dcDigital Productions).
  8. All of our ticket sales are handled through an independant third-party.  For that reason, we do not have a physical box-office location.  Tickets can be purchased online ONLY and may not be purchased in person, by cash or cheque.  Tickets are sent via email, and not mailed physically.  IF YOU DO NOT have an email address, arrangements can be made for you to pick up your ticket at the door.  (PROOF of ID required)
  9. Tickets MAY be available at the door... however, there are no guarantees of drop in tickets available.  If you chance buying your tickets at the door, you will get best-available seat only.
  10. IMPORTANT! BUY YOUR TICKETS EARLY! TABLE SELECTION IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. Thesbos performances have a reputation of selling out. When purchasing, you will be able to select from the available tables. Just type the number of seats you want in the dialogue box below the table you want, and click "RESERVE". In the RARE event of an over-booking at a table, Thesbos will seat you at an available table as close to your original table as possible. Every seat in the house is a good seat. Refunds will not be given to patrons who aren't seated at their chosen tables.
  11. If you have purchased less then a full table (8 seats) you will be sharing the table with other guests. While your table is reserved, your SEAT is not... so please come early to get the best seat at your table.
  12. We understand the importance of your comfort and convenience, and want you to enjoy your show to its fullest. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please phone our ticket agent with any special-needs requests, comments or concerns. A number of accessible seating locations are available depending on your specific needs. If buying online, please indicate any special needs you may have in the COMMENTS section of the checkout window. IF we can not accommodate your special needs, a refund may be authorized.

When you decide to purchase your ticket, Click TICKETS (Main menu) and to see a list of performance dates for each show selling tickets. Choose the performance you wish to purchase.

Once you've selected your night, Click on the title to move on to the table selection page.

You will now be presented with a diagram of our seating arrangement showing a number of tables, each indicating how many seats are available at that table. Simply enter the number of seats you wish at a particular table, and click RESERVE. If you wish to reserve seats at more than one table, simply reserve them one at a time.

Your cart will be updated at the bottom of the screen (or just click "Click Here to see your Shopping Cart") to go to the cart page.

You will now be taken to the shopping cart where you can edit the number of tables and/or seats you've chosen in the previous process. When ready, click CHECKOUT.
At the checkout pane, you will be required to enter your Billing information (or, if you've ordered here before, choose a pre-saved address on your account) Review everything, then click "CONTINUE TO NEXT STEP"
The NEXT STEP is the final review of your ticket purchase. If everything is correct, simply click CONTINUE TO NEXT STEP, to be taken to the Payment Page


Paypal is the only payment gateway option, we use this payment system to keep Service fees down. (Compare our $3.00 per ticket service fee to other services, which can charge you upwards of $12.00 or more!). However, it's important to note, you do NOT need a Paypal membership to buy tickets. You may use a regular credit card.

Once are finished your purchase review, you will be taken to a secure paypal payment processing system.

THESBOS.COM DOES NOT RECEIVE, STORE, PROCESS OR ACCESS YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN ANY WAY. It is processed entirely through the secure Paypal payment gateway system.

If you don't have a Paypal account, just click on "DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?"

Your credit card will be processed, and you will receive the following in your email:

  • A Paypal payment confirmation,
  • and a payment confirmation notice.

Within minutes you should receive instructions to print out your ticket!
